This new meat dial thermometer features a large 60 mm dial with a 5 x 102 mm stainless steel pointed probe. The unit indicates temperature over the range of 20 to 100 °C in 2 °C divisions.
For the most accurate temperature measurement, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry, avoiding any bones. The instrument reading may take a few seconds to stabilise. The dial incorporates colour-coded markers for beef, lamb, pork and poultry for quick and easy reading. The thermometer can be used inside the oven.
